The Company has issued 33,333,333 Units at a price of $0.15 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $5,000,000. Each unit is comprised of one (1) common share of the Company (a “Common Share ”) and one (1) common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant ”).
